OUR STORY
Wagwan Sauce is a recipe that originated over 100 years ago in Georgetown, Guyana which is a small tropical country located on the western coast of South America. The warm and humid climate of Guyana combined with rich and fertile soil creates a perfect environment for growing the worlds freshest and most flavour packed peppers, fruits and vegetables.
Our founding partner, Mark Goorwah, is of Guyanese descent and has had the Wagwan Sauce recipe be passed down in his family from generation to generation. We import our ingredients from local farmers in the region to ensure our products authenticity, flavour and to support the local communities.
We feel, and so far our customers agree, that Wagwan Sauce is the best tastings hotsauce on the market. It pairs perfectly with any dish that you want to give an extra kick of flavour to. It’s a great conversation piece at any table and will enrich the dining experience for your friends and family.
